Summary:PURPOSE:To enhance the analytic sensitivity through a simple constitution while reducing consumption of reagent by delivering a reaction liquid fed through one pump simultaneously through the other pump to cause reaction when a sample solution sucked through a needle is delivered to a sample injection port. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of test tubes 4 filled with a sample solution are set in a sample rack 5 along with a plurality of reagent bottles 3 filled with different reaction reagents and a reaction liquid (e). A needle 6 is then moved to the position of the bottle 3 where a predetermined quantity of the reaction reagent is sucked and added to the sample solution in the test tube 4 which is eventually cleaned. The needle 6 repeats similar operation and injects other reaction reagents sequentially into other test tubes 4. Subsequently, the needle 6 sucks a predetermined quantity of sample solution added with the reaction reagent from the test tube 4 and delivers the sample solution to a sample injection port 10. In this regard, a predetermined quantity of reaction liquid (e) fed through a syringe pump 7 is delivered to the injection port 10 through a syringe pump 8 simultaneously with the sample solution and caused to react efficiently in a thin tube coupled with an analyzer 2.
