Summary: | PURPOSE:To reduce a pressure loss in a filtering cloth in a bag filter even if no slaked lime is added by a method wherein dust collected by a bag filter at a specified circulation ratio is circulated within a main discharged gas pipe when dust in rough gas of the main discharged gas of a sintering machine is collected by the bag filter. CONSTITUTION:Dust in main discharged gas of a sintering machine contains alkali compound of fine particle KCl, and NaCl with high deliquescence, for example, moisture content in the main discharged gas acts on the collected dust stored in a lower hopper 5 of a bag filter, moisture content in surrounding atmosphere acts on the collected dust being circulated and transported, alkali compound in the collected dust may absorb these moisture contents to cause deliquescence, and is condensed during its circulation and transportation and then the compound is formed into a pseudo particle. In order to attain this effect, a circulation ratio of dust obtained from the rough gas is set to be at least 10 times in consideration of variation in volume, particle size distribution, and chemical components. |
