Summary:PURPOSE:To provide a RC column and a beam frame in which the strength in the connecting part between the column pillar and the beam is enhanced, and the sections of the column and beam are minimized. CONSTITUTION:A steel pipe member 1 having a prescribed height H to be set in a column-beam connecting part has a beam main reinforcement hole 2, a beam main reinforcement 3 is inserted through the beam main reinforcement hole 2, and a stirrup 4 is wound on the beam main reinforcement 3 to preliminarily assemble a beam reinforcement unit A in a constructing site. A column main reinforcement is assembled, and a hoop reinforcement is wound thereon to assemble a column reinforcement, and the beam reinforcement unit A is built in the column-beam joining part. The adjacent beam reinforcement units A, A are mutually connected by the direct joint between the end parts of the beam main reinforcements 3. After the building of a form, concrete is placed therein. Since the steel pipe member 1 consisting of a high strength material is used, the strength of the column-beam joining part can be enhanced, and a multistory or extra multistory RC building having a high rigidity and a high quality can be efficiently executed.
