Summary:PURPOSE:To maintain an effective space and provide a dome which can be constructed promptly and accurately. CONSTITUTION:The position of a vertex of a triangle-shaped precast concrete slab 20 where a shape steel frame 22 is buried in an outer peripheral area shaped up in specified dimensions, is fixed with a support surface 31 of a ring plate 30 fixedly laid out at a frame point position equivalent to an inscribed contact position of a dome circumscribed sphere by way of a fixture. Shape steel frames 22 are interconnected and fixed with each other by means of a joint tab mounted at a specified position of the shape steel frames 22 in such a fashion that they may be laid out in parallel near the shape steel frames.
