CONSTITUTION:This composition is composed of the polyglyerin fatty acid ester composition composed of a polyglycerin fatty acid ester, having 20-40% average degree of esterification, obtained by esterifying the polyglycerin having average degree of polymerization of 6-12 with a 16-24C linear satd. fatty acid, and an unreacted polyglycerin less than equivalent to the polyglycerin fatty acid ester above and a sucrose fatty acid ester in which >=50% structural fatty acid is composed of >=16C linear satd. fatty acid and <=5% monoester is contained.
