Summary:PURPOSE:To efficiently eliminate a deposit stuck to a pipe by inserting magnets into the pipe so as to magnetize ferromagnetic substance in the deposit stuck to the vicinity of the pipe surface to separate the deposit, and then transferring the deposit by the moving operation of the magnets to eliminate the deposit. CONSTITUTION:An operating rod 11 is inserted into a pipe 5. The inside of the pipe 5 is isolated by a seal water plug 21 so as to keep an air atmosphere around magnets 12, and the magnets 12 are protruded from a ferromagnetic sleeve 13. The magnetic force lines of plural magnets 12 pass through the pipe wall of the pipe 5 so as to magnetize iron, nickel, and the like in a deposit in the narrow part 6 of a double pipe. The magnetized ferromagnetic substance moves along the magnetic force line and floats from the surface of the pipe 5 by rising or the like so as to be separated. When a rotating drive source 14 is driven to move the operating rod 11 while rotating it, the ferro-magnetic substance repeats magnetization and repulsion by moving dislocation and the alternating magnetic field so as to accelerate the separation of the deposit. The separated deposit is transferred into the pipe 5 by pushing in the rod 11. The magnetic path is then short-circuited by the ferromagnetic sleeve 13 to pull out the rod 11.
