Summary:PURPOSE:To solve complication in detailing at a steel frame pedestal section when a brace is set in parallel in the steel rigid frame structure of a steel structure upper skeleton, the useless consumption of steel frames caused by the extension of a steel frame column down to an underground first floor of conventional structure, and the difficulties of construction work. CONSTITUTION:A steel frame member 9 is placed over the main beam 3 of a floor surface 12 at a first floor while the pedestals of steel frame columns 4 and 4 are connected to each other, and a joint structure between the aforesaid steel frame member 9 and the pedestal section 11 is thereby made clear. The execution of anchor bolts 9a and 9b, and placing reinforcing bars are facilitated, and a steel frame structure 9 is integrated by means of after-concrete so as to be formed into an integral beam 10 high in stiffness.
