Summary:PURPOSE:To reduce an overall height, to provide a comparatively simple structure, and to effect manufacture at a low cost by a method wherein a resin frame and a key top are intercoupled through a link shaft. CONSTITUTION:Since a plurality of link shafts 7A, 7B, 7C, and 7D to induce a key top 6 in a press-down direction in a state to keep a posture against a resin frame 5 are arranged between the resin frame 5 and the key top 6, a thin type key board switch having a low overall height is provided. When the key top 6 is pressed down by a finger, the lower side parts 7C of the link shafts 7A, 7B, 7C, and 7D are synchronously slid within a guide groove and since there is no need for cylinder guidance, the overall height of the key board switch is reduced.
