Summary:PURPOSE:To easily manipulating a display screen of a three-dimensional display device using a pen. CONSTITUTION:This is a method and device for three-dimensionally manipulating a screen in which a cursor 4 is three-dimensionally moved inside a display picture 3 of a three-dimensional display device 2, and the display screen 3 is three-dimensionally rotated. Cursor moving indicating directions (X, Y and Z axes) and rotating directions ((A, B and C) of the display screen 3 are set in an input indication panel 5, an input pen 6 is pressed and moved in the respective directions on the input indication panel 5, and its moving direction and moving distance are detected. Corresponding to the results, the cursor 4 is moved to any desired position inside the display screen 3, and the display picture 3 is rotated just by the desired angle. A three-dimensional screen manipulating device 1 is composed of the input indication panel 5, input pen 6 and processing part 7.
