Summary:PURPOSE:To seat a clip on a clip seat stably without moving the clip so as to prevent the removal of the clip, and to assemble a resin panel to an opponent member securely. CONSTITUTION:To a clip seal wall 19, the first opening 21 and the second opening 23 are provided by communicating each other. A tongue piece 27 deformable elastically is provided to the outer side part of the second opening 23 opposing to the first opening 21. When a clip is installed, the tongue piece 27 is deformed elastically by pressing it to the inner side of a space C at the base end flange 15 of the clip 5, so as to allow the insertion of the shaft 13 and the base end flange 15 of the clip 5 to the second opening 23 and the first opening 21. In the clip installing condition, the tongue piece 27 is restored to the original position by releasing the pressing force of the clip 5, and the movement of the clip 5 to the second opening 23 side opposing to the shaft 13 of the clip 5 is regulated.
