Summary:PURPOSE:To prevent a rope from being broken and cargo from slip falling from the rope and thereby provide general usage by determining cargo slip falling by means of angular and tension information for each of plural ropes and sounding an alarm on the basis of this output signal. CONSTITUTION:In an angle calculation means 33, an angle (gammae) between a wire rope and a cargo is calculated on the basis of angle detection signals detected by angle detectors 18a, 18b and tension detection signals detected by tension detectors 19a, 19b. And in a slip falling determination means 34, a cargo slip falling is determined by determining whether the angle gammae is smaller, or not, than a specific angle. Then, in a cargo swing width determination means 35, appropriateness of a cargo swing width is determined by determining whether the tension is larger, or not, than a specific value on the basis of detection signals detected by tension detectors 19a, 19b. Accordingly, when the angle gammae is smaller than a specific angle, or the detection tension is larger than a specific value, an alarm is sounded, by an alarm command means 36, via a an alarming means 27.
