CONSTITUTION:Frame parts 11a, 11b and 11c are formed on a water-insoluble substrate 1 by printing, etc., and a tacky part 12 is provided so as to be able to hermetically seal the frame parts with a film 2. A liquid medium measured by a micropipette, etc., corresponding to the size of the frame part, is dropped into each frame part and hermetically sealed with a film.
