CONSTITUTION:Black strip arrays 12, 13 having black color parts 12a-12d, 13a-13d in the paper feed direction are arranged to left and right sides of an OMR paper sheet 11. A coordinate deviation of data due to a tilted or slipped original paper sheet is corrected based on read data of the black stripe arrays 12, 13 in data read from the OMR paper 11 in the facsimile equipment.
