Summary: | PURPOSE:To obtain a heating cooker with a cooling function in which the function can be performed without necessity of a heat insulating structure equivalent to a refrigerator by providing cooling means for cooling in a cooking chamber by utilizing adiabatic expansion of gas in the cooker for heating to cook food contained in the chamber by electric means. CONSTITUTION:A compressor 4 is installed between an outer housing 2 and a cooking chamber 3 of a heating cooker 1, and the air compressed by the compressor 4 is arrived at a pressure vessel 6 via a tube 5. Radiating fins 7 are mounted as a cooler at the vessel 6 to cool the compressed air heated by the compressor 4 to the vicinity of a normal temperature. A pressure valve 8 continuously discharges the compressed air from an expansion valve 9 into the chamber 3 by opening the valve 8 when cooling the compressed air. The injected compressed air is substantially adiabatically state-changed by an instantaneous expansion, and injected at a high speed while lowering a temperature of the air itself to cool food in the chamber 3. |
