CONSTITUTION:An exhaust silencer 60 is provided with an exhaust gas inlet opening 62 connected to the exhaust port 28 of a gas turbine 20, in a lower exhaust reservoir 61A of a casing 61 formed into a vertical long rectangular parallelepiped, two stages of heat exchangers 70 heating air for combustion by waste heat held in exhaust gas flowing through the interior are received and loaded in the intermediate part 61B, and the upper exhaust reservoir 61C is used as a supplementary silencer.
