Summary:PURPOSE:To report a call with high urgency to the user by implementing call notice operation when the number of times of reception of the same selective calling signal addressed to a concerned equipment counted for a period when making no call notice operation reaches a prescribed number of times. CONSTITUTION:A control circuit 60 has, e.g. a microcomputer as a main control section and is provided as functions relating to a call notice operation with a 1st call notice control means 61, a 2nd call notice control means 62 and a call notice stop period setting control means 63. Then the 2nd call notice control means 62 counts the number of times of reception of the same selective call signal addressed to its own receiver for a period not implementing call notice operation and controls the receiver to implement the call notice operation when the count number of times reaches a preset number of times. That is, when the same call comes to its own receiver for a prescribed number of times during the call notice stop period by the call notice standby reception function, it is regarded as a call with high urgency, the call notice stop state is released to implement the call notice operation.
