PURPOSE:To secure safety during working hours by detecting operating states of an equipment body and a working part and each operation lever and operating the working part based on each detected value only when a safety value of the equipment body remains within a specified safety value. CONSTITUTION:A heavy weight working part 9 is mounted to an upper part turning body 2, which is turnably installed to a lower part running body 3. This heavy weight working part-provided working machine is provided with an equipment body slanting detection sensor 12, an upper part turning body- directed detection sensor 13, a boom slanting angle detection sensor 14, a boom pressure detection sensor 16, a boom operation detection sensor 19, an arm rocking operation detection sensor 21 and an arm expanding operation detection sensor 23. Then, detected values of each detection sensor are input into a control unit 17 where a safety value alpha for the equipment body is computed, which is a value to determine the safety of the equipment body. Only when this computed equipment body safety value alpha stays in the range of a safety value beta, which is preliminarily computed and predetermined, the operation unit 9 is allowed to operate.
