Summary:PURPOSE:To provide a data transmitter capable of acquiring the required information data in a terminal equipment in a short time as a whole. CONSTITUTION:A polling modem 13 of a center 3 accepts a response signal sent from a terminal equipment 5. A data transmission control part 15 sends information data to the terminal equipment 5 based on the response signal. The center 3 sends cyclically and successively only the data with a loop flag set from among information data stored in a storage device 19 to the terminal equipment 5. Further, the storage device 19 stores the frequency of the use of each information data by the terminal equipment 5. A selection means checks the contents periodically and updates the setting of loop flag.
