Summary:PURPOSE:To dispense with a person's help, improve a working environment therefrom, and improve working efficiency, by moving a lighting apparatus maintenance device to a decided position, and unmannedly letting it to perform maintenance works such as washing of an emission window on the position. CONSTITUTION:Arrangement relation of lighting apparatus 20 for aeronautical safety buried on a road is detected for example, by means of a CCD camera sensor and the like in a rough positioning device 100. A main body 1 is moved so as to be in a decided position relation against these lighting apparatus 20. Further, the positioning is precisely performed. Next, the exit window of the lighting apparatus 20 is unmannedly washed by the use of an actual washing part vibrating at high frequency, high pressure air, a working robot and arm, and the like. After completing washing of one exit window, the main body 1 is moved to a lighting apparatus 20 of succeeding working object, and washing of the exit window of the lighting apparatus 20 is repeated. If necessary, confirming works such as tightening of bolts of the lighting apparatus, degree of washing, etc., are carried out.
