Summary:PURPOSE:To form a joint easily by fixing the open edge part of a cloth bag body to the end of one of opposed concrete blocks and charging and swelling mortar in a clearance between the bag body and that end. CONSTITUTION:Arc-shaped recess parts 2a and 4a are formed at the opposed ends 2 and 4 of concrete blocks 1 and 3, and the open edge part 5a of a cloth bag body 5 is fixed to the recessed part 2a at the end 2 of the concrete block 1. Also a charging pipe 6 is inserted between the bag body 5 and the recessed part 2a, mortar 14 is charged through the charging pipe 6 to expand the bag body 5 and to form an attractive joint A by a swelling edge part 5f. Thus a joint can be formed easily without requiring skillfulness.
