CONSTITUTION:In the production of the moist heat treated starch containing grains by a moist heat treatment of the starch containing grains, a first process of reducing pressure over the starch containing grains filled in a pressure vessel and a second process of introducing steam into the vessel after reducing pressure, to heat and pressurize the grains, are repeated at least once.
