PURPOSE:To prepare a both of a hot water temperature in a bathtub meeting substantially a preset temperature by detecting the temperature in the bathtub after combustion of a bath boiler is temporarily stopped and warm water in the bathtub is circulated to a substantially uniform temperature distribution. CONSTITUTION:When an automatic switch of a remote controller 58 is turned ON, water is supplied to a water supply tube 41, and a controller 50 opens a gas valve 53 to heat it by a heat exchanger 21. Heated warm water is poured in a bathtub via a branch tube line 25 and a bath temperature keeping tube line 26 by a solenoid valve 37. The warm water is filled to a preset level in the bathtub. When the controller 50 detects an arrival at the set level by a pressure sensor 38, it closes the valve 37 to turn ON a pump 32, opens a gas valve 54 after a predetermined time is elapsed, and heats the warm water in the bathtub while circulating it by a bath temperature keeping function. Then, a temperature of the warm water is detected by a bath thermistor 33, it closes the valve 54 when the temperature falls within a predetermined temperature range, and waits for lapse of a predetermined time while continuing to drive the pump 32. After the predetermined time is elapsed, the warm water temperature is detected, and an operation of a bath boiler is controlled according to the detected temperature.
