Summary: | PURPOSE:To obtain excellent easy slippability smoothness and easy adhesiveness by forming a specific number or more of projections composed of particles having a shell core structure wherein the outside is softer than the inside on at least the single surface of a polyester film. CONSTITUTION:1X10 /mm or more projections composed of a shell-core structure wherein the outside is softer than the inside are provided on at least the single surface of a polyester film. The core parts of the particles having the shell-core structure are composed of a highly crosslinked and/or crosslinkable polymer and the shell parts thereof are composed of a thermoplastic polymer. The particles having the shell-core structure are obtained, for example, by performing first stage emulsion polymerization in a system of a monomer forming the core parts, an emulsifier, a polymerization initiator and water and adding a monomer forming the shell parts and a polymerization initiator to the system after polymerization is substantially completed to perform second stage emulsion polymerization. The projections of the particles having the shell- core structure are obtained by applying a coating agent containing the particles having the shell-core structure to a polyester film and drying the coated film before laterally stretching the same. |
