Summary:PURPOSE:To easily attach and detach a rolling roll and a chock. CONSTITUTION:The free end part 32a of a thrust stopper 32 is engaged to the annularly grooved part 25 of a roll shaft 22 which is abutted on an abutting part 32b. The rocking displacement is executed by taking the center of a rocking shaft 31 as a fulcrum and the rocking shaft 31 is supported by an outer sliding ring 33 having a slope. The thrust force which is generated in the abutting part 32b is transmitted from the outer sliding ring 33, wedge member 34 and inner small ring 35 to an inner race 29 through the rocking shaft 31 and supported by the chock 26. As shown in the under half part, when a stopper ring 38 is forced into and the thrust stopper 32 is outward rocking displaced, the outer sliding ring 33 and inner sliding ring 35 can be attached and detached and further the chock 26 can be attached and detached.
