Summary:PURPOSE:To warm a human body quickly, and at the same time heat the inside of a room evenly by a method wherein a floor surface is heated by hot air which is fed to a cavity in a floor panel, and also one part of the hot air is jetted into the room. CONSTITUTION:A cavity 24 is provided in a floor panel 2 of a room. Then, at hot air energy is fed to the panel cavity 24 from a hot air generator which is arranged outside of the room. In addition, outlets are formed on the upper surface of the floor panel 2, and the hot air is jetted into the room to heat the room.
