Summary:PURPOSE:To obtain an electronic scanning antenna capable of suppressing the deterioration of performance of a transmitting/received wave to a low level even when a thin shape wave radiation part is deformed. CONSTITUTION:An optical fiber 6 for detection is embedded in the wave radiation part 1 in grid shape, and an optical fiber 7 for reference in the periphery, and a light transmitter 4 and a light receiver 5 are arranged at the outside of the wave radiation part 1. The change of an interference fringe between the optical fiber 6 for detection and the optical fiber 7 for reference due to the deformation of the wave radiation part 1 is detected by the light receiver 5, and the correction data of a scanning beam is sent to a wave transmitter/ receiver by a controller 3.
