Summary:PURPOSE:To provide a weighing and transporting system from a storage tank, which can be installed inside of an existing site or building and which can measure a small taking-out quantity of the powder accurately, by decreasing the total installation area of a storage tank and a weight scale for powder. CONSTITUTION:Powder 1 as the content of a storage tank 6, a discharging machine 7 for discharging the powder 1 from the storage tank 6 and a transporting device are placed on a weight scale 10. A small taking-out quantity of the powder 1 from the storage tank 6 is measured for transportation by the weight scale 10, and the weight balanced with the total weight applied to the scale 10, which includes the powder 1 inside of the storage tank 6, is cancelled inside of an internal mechanism of the scale 10 to measure only the weight of a small taking-out quantity of the powder 1 from the storage tank 6.
