PURPOSE:To instantaneously output an operation process table which is easy to understand for an operator by filing explanation information of an element operation corresponding to identification information and adding this explanation information to the operation process table by identification information. CONSTITUTION:Retrieving keys are formed for retrieving by inputting identification information consisting of a process number, an assembly drawing number and a parts number. This file stores process name data and process remark description data in a process name file FL1, the assembly drawing name and an assembly drawing remark description in an assembly drawing file FL2, and a parts name and a parts number in a parts name file FL3 by coordinating them with respective process number data, the assembly drawing number of a parts number. Then, the explanation information files FL1 to FL3 are retrieved by the retrieving keys so as to output explanation information in addition. Thereby, at a manufacturing line in a factory, process information is compressed and filed in a memory FL4 so as to instantaneously output the operation process table which is easy to understand for the operator.
