PURPOSE:To make usable by anyone without using gunpowder by launching an elastic element itself by injection forces of the air and water filled in the element. CONSTITUTION:After a launching pedestal 7 is set, a gas cylinder 12 for air respiration is mounted at a high-pressure conduit, water is filled in a pet bottle 16 to become an elastic element, and an angle regulating lever 5 is released with a lead rope 11 held at a pouring port. The end of a gun barrel 1 is lowered to load water without overflowing of the water, an elastic element stopping fitting 3 is erected, and fixed by a trigger 2. Then, an angle of the barrel 1 is regulated, a valve of the cylinder 12 is opened to apply a pressure to a pressure regulator 9. The valve of the regulator 9 is gradually opened imediately after launching, suitable pneumatic pressure is filled in the element 16, and then the trigger 2 is pulled to launch the element 16. The water is filled in the element 16 so that the air in the element 16 may not be injected at once, and the element is farther in a stable state.
