Summary:PURPOSE:To make narrow a gap between a column and a slab surface and to make it possible to prevent a column side from stains caused by grout. CONSTITUTION:A grout injection hole 20 extending from a column side 1a to the approximately central part 21 of a column bottom 1b and a hole connecting to the upper ends of sleeves are bored in a precast concrete column (hereinafter referred to as 'column') 1 in advance, and a discharge pipe 15 projected from the column side is inserted into the hole. The discharge pipe 15 is positioned lower than a grout injection port 19. Down stair column main bars 12 are inserted in a sleeve 11, and the column 1 is erected by leaving out a gap C from a slab surface 3a. After that, a grouting form 17 is installed around the lower end of the column 1 through a gas permeable material 18 so as to surround the gap C. Then, grout is injected into the gap C and sleeve 11 through a grout injection port 19.
