Summary:PURPOSE:To shorten the process, to miniaturize the die and to display the effect of the mass-producing die by executing processor for punching many pieces from a hoop material inserting them into another hoop and caulking them in the same process. CONSTITUTION:A material holder 2 is made into a state in close contact with a caulking hoop material 3, next, the caulking hoop material 3 is made into a state in close contact with a cutting die 4. Further, another hoop material 5 is brought into close contact with the upper surface of a caulking die 6. Next, a projecting pin 7 is lowered to a prescribed height, the caulking hoop material 3 is cut by a cutting caulking punch 1, and caulked by the cutting caulking punch 1. After passing this process, cutting the caulking hoop material 3, inserting it into another hoop material 5 and caulking are executed, and shaping of the caulking appearance is executed in the next process.
