Summary:PURPOSE:To provide the subject device composed of a specific construction, capable of cutting dried noodles securely without making inferior goods while keeping a high cutting capacity, reducing a time for treatment extensively, and easy for its automatic operation. CONSTITUTION:Cutting beds 1 each of which is composed of a cutting blade 3 and a blade cradle 4 as one piece, are installed side by side, a belt conveyer 9 is provided on each cutting bed 1 close to the cutting blade 3, further, a recess moving unit 10 by a thickness of the blade 3 is provided at one end of the width direction of each cutting bed 1, and first, a group of noodle lines 2 out of dryer is placed on the belt conveyer 9. The, each cutting blade 3 is lowered until the blade cradle 4 to cut the noodle lines 2 by pushing. Further, at the same time by transferring the recess moving unit 10 by the thickness of the blade 3, the resistance for the blade 3 biting into the noodle line 2 is reduced. Then, after transferring each cutting bed 1 loaded with the cut noodle lines 2 by activating air-cylinder 15, the noodle lines 2 are transported by the belt conveyer 9.
