Summary:PURPOSE:To provide the manufacturing process of corrugated stainless steel laminated sheathed cable capable of bonding without collapsing the corrugation in the overlapped part at both tape edges of corrugated stainless steel laminated tapes. CONSTITUTION:A corrugated stainless steel laminated tape 1 in which hot-melt adhesive layers are formed on both sides is longitudinally placed on a cable core, the overlapped part of both tape edges 1a of the corrugated stainless steel laminated tapes 1 is heat bonded to manufacture a corrugated stainless steel laminated sheathed cable. The heat bonding of the overlapped part in the both tape edges 1a is conducted with a heating device 11 having a recessed and projecting surface 10 which engages to the recessed and projecting surface of the corrugated stainless steel laminated tape 1.
