Summary:PURPOSE:To make a plastic made reinforced structure lightweight by reducing a used amount of resin of a rib part by a method wherein a cylindrical rib consisting of the same material as a board is bonded integrally vertically to one side of a thermoplastic resin made board, and an inner diameter, an outer diameter, and a length of the rib are made within respective specific ranges. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical rib B consisting of the same material as that of a board A is integrally vertically bonded to one side of a thermoplastic resin made board A. Then, when an inner diameter of a rib B at a root part of the substrate A is d1, its outer diameter is d2, and its length is H, they are made to be in the ranges d1 >=20mm, 1>d1/d2>=0.7, H>=30mm, 1>=d1/H>=0.3. When d1 is under 20mm, absolute reinforcing strength is decreased, and d1 is preferably abut 60mm. When a ratio of d1/d2 is under 0.7, its making lightweight is impaired, and the ratio of d1/d2 is preferably 0.98 or under. When H is under 30mm, and a ratio of d1/H is under 0.3 or over 1, the reinforcing effect of the cylindrical rib per unit weight is weakened.
