Summary:PURPOSE:To provide a fine control mechanism for positioning hole for incircuit tester making positioning hole to move and allow the mechanism to be an inspection jig for incircuit tester capable of dealing with a small difference of contact point due to the difference in produced lot. CONSTITUTION:First, a positioning pin is stood in one base board and a positioning pin passing hole 7 larger than the positioning hole is punched in the other base board 6. Then a fine control guide 9 with a pin insertion hole 8 to be a positioning hole in a positioning pin passing hole 7 is fixed free of slide fixing with a fixing cover 10. To the fine control guide 9, a slating side 11 with thin upper side and thick lower side and horizontal plane 12 in contact with the base board 6 at the bottom are provided. The fixing cover 10 fixed to the base board 6 is formed inside a containing part 13 with a size capable of sliding on the surface of the base board 6 and a stopper pin loading hole 14 at the position where a stopper pin touches to the slanting side 11 of the fine control guide 9.
