CONSTITUTION:A user registration device 11 of a mail server 10 displays the difference between user information 13a of a database 13 and user registration information 12 for a supervisory of the mail server and the supervisor uses a user registration information generating means 16 to revise the user registration information 12. Thus, the supervisory of the system revises the user registration information 12 of each mail server only by inputting the user information to the database merely.
