Summary:PURPOSE:To reduce a cost and a size of a compressor by eliminating a glass terminal for a sensor provided in a housing of the compressor. CONSTITUTION:A sensor 8 for detecting a temperature or a.pressure is provided in a pressure vessel, connected to a power line 5 between a glass terminal 6 provided at the vessel 9 and a motor 3 provided in the vessel 9, and a high frequency blocking filter 33 is provided at the line 5 between the terminal 6 and a drive power source 4. A signal processor 20 is connected to the line 5 between the filter 33 and the terminal 6 through a capacitor 22, thereby detecting a temperature or a pressure in the vessel 9 without providing the terminal for the sensor at the vessel to reduce a cost and a size of the compressor 1. Further, operating/stopping means 23, 24, 25, 26 of the compressor are included in the processor 20, thereby preventing damage of the compressor 1 at the time of a malfunction.
