Summary:PURPOSE:To prevent careless movement of a motor for driving a valve, etc., to be used for a water channel of a hot water supplying apparatus by braking a motor at the time of stopping the motor. CONSTITUTION:If position detecting means 34, 36 detect a predetermined position of a motor 33, i.e., a position where the motor 33 is to be stopped when an output OUT1 or OUT2 of control means 31 is high and the other is low and the motor 33 is being driven by motor drive means 32, outputs of switching transistors 35, 37 are inverted, and both inputs IN1, IN2 of the means 32 become high. Thus, the motor 33 is automatically stopped at a predetermined position in a brake mode. In this manner, careless movement of the motor 33 can be prevented by a hydraulic pressure.
