PURPOSE:To provide an intra- and interrow spacing regulation type transplanter, capable of avoiding damage to a leaf part and simultaneously planting plural stocks while regulating the intra- and interrow spacings, a method for operating the transplanter and a cultivation panel. CONSTITUTION:This intra- and interrow spacing regulation type transplanter is provided by constituting an interrow spacing regulation mechanism of a stock supporting rail 193 equipped with a pair of rail members (193A) for supporting one row of stocks so as to nip the stocks along the cultivation panel surface and a tip supporting arm 192 for supporting the tip of the stock supporting rail 193, lifting stocks in plural rows and carrying out the regulation of the interrow spacing and constituting an intrarow spacing regulation mechanism of auxiliary arms 194 having engaging members (194M) arranged in the direction of rows under the interrow spacing regulation mechanism and enabling the transplantation while moving the stocks in the respective rows in the direction of the rows and regulating the intrarow spacing.
