Summary:PURPOSE:To provide a method for emergence of large patch disease, usable for tests for confirming practical action effect of soil conditioner or microorganism substance, and useful for weakening grass force of lawn grass and promoting growth or germination of seedlings of tree seeds in the case of planting other trees, etc., in warm ground type lawn land. CONSTITUTION:A warm ground type lawn grass such as Korean lawn grass is cut low at 5-15mm and damaged. Inoculation holes bored in depth in the vicinity of the surface is inoculated with a fungus for causing large patch disease, such as Rizoctnia solani and the lawn grass is maintained at 15-25 deg.C at 75-100% humidity.
