Summary:PURPOSE:To sustain an appropriate frictional force between stator and rotor by constituting a diaphragm-like part on the stator holding side of a case thereby bringing the stator into pressure contact with the rotor side. CONSTITUTION:A diaphragm-like case part 6 is constituted at one axial end of a case 1 and a stator 2 is secured to a central protrusion 6a of the case part 6 and then a rotor 3 is stacked on the stator, so that the stator 2 and the rotor 3 are brought into pressure contact with each other. A rotary shaft 4 passes through the central holes of the stator 2 and rotor 3 with the flange part 4a being bonded to the rotor 3 through an elastic member 13 so that the rotor 3 rotates integrally with the rotary shaft 4.
