Summary:PURPOSE:To feed a rubber-covered electric wire without damaging the covering rubber and subject it to a vulcanizing process for giving elasticity by extruding a rubber at the vulcanizing temp. to a core wire preheated to the vulcanizing temp., forming an insulating covering, providing a resin covering, and leaving it to solidify. CONSTITUTION:A preheating device 12 performs electric wire heating, induction heating, etc., of a core wire 2, which is fed out upon being heated to a rubber vulcanization temp. A shear heat emission device 13 makes shear heat emission of a material in a cylinder using an extrusive screw. The preheated core wire 2 is covered with a rubber at the vulcanizing temp. fed from a shear heat emission extruding machine 13, and an insulative covering is put on it immediately using a resin extruder 4, and the resultant is put in a cooling facility 5 and left for cooling and solidifying, and thereby a protecting function is produced so that the resin covering tightens the rubber covering.
