Summary:PURPOSE:To securely perform clamping plural rod-like bodies at their clamp positions by easy clamping work. CONSTITUTION:The device comprises a clamp member 19 comprising a pair of clamp parts 22 for connecting plural rod-like bodies 7, 7 to each other and holding them in the air, and a fastening part to fasten the clamp parts, and a swollen member protruded from at least one side of the clamp parts 22 integrally with one clamp part 22 on the side of a structural body 1 and in a length direction of the rod-like bodies 7 or perpendicularly to the length direction. It is provided with a fixing member 20 comprising a pair of holding parts 601 integrally provided with the structural body 1 facing one clamp part 22 to fix the clamp part 22 temporarily to the structural body side by holding it in such a direction as to hold the swollen member, and a guide part 602 to position the clamp part 22 in a perpendicular direction to the holding parts 601.
