Summary:PURPOSE:To discharge a cassette with good contact by oscillating an opening arm pressed to an apparatus body freely oscillatably mounted to a door and the cassette against the attraction force of a magnet by the discharging force of the cassette, thereby opening the door. CONSTITUTION:The door 2 normally closes an insertion port 4 of the video cassette 3 as a catch fitting 7 of the inside door body 9 is attracted to the magnet 6 of the apparatus body 1. The front end face of the cassette 3 comes into contact with a force point piece 10d projecting from the force point window 11 of the inside door body 9 when a user discharges the cassette 3 by operating an eject button 5 and actuating a cassette discharging mechanism. Then, the opening arm 10 oscillates around a shaft part 10a against a leaf spring piece 10c and projects a fulcrum piece 10e from a fulcrum window 1 and presses the piece to the front surface of the recessed part 1a of the body 1. The arm 10 pushes the door 2 forward by leverage and opens the insertion port 4 by detaching the fitting 7 and the magnet 6 and thereafter, the arm is reset to the initial state. As a result, the cassette 3 is discharged with a good feeling.
