A main control part 32 accesses to the contents of the memory 33 by a parameter unit based on a READBUFFER command/ WRITEBUFFER command including the number information (page numbers and offset values) of the desired parameter from an initiator device 2 to be inputted through an SCSI bus 1 and a command control part 31.
