Summary:PURPOSE:To eliminate a malfunction due to removal of additive caused by an increase in quantity of added Ca or a malfunction such as non-uniform dispersion due to insufficient permeation of Ca into pores in plastic in a method for treating waste by adding Ca compounds to the waste to react the Ca with chlorine in the waste. CONSTITUTION:Ca compounds are dissolved in water solution to finely pulverize Ca particles and to easily cause it to permeate into pores of plastic, sprayed to waste as a pretreatment to uniformly disperse a small volume of Ca to raise desalting efficiency. Thus, the drawback of conventional methods can be eliminated, and energy necessary to evaporate and remove moisture at the time of treating can be reduced.
