Summary:PURPOSE:To reduce the physical load of a worker by eliminating the work in the inconvenient space just under a magnet, to miniaturize a nuclear magnetic resonance apparatus as a whole and to shorten a set-up time by simplifying operation. CONSTITUTION:In the superconducting magnet constituting a nuclear magnetic resonance apparatus, the insertion port 9 of a measuring probe 2 is provided on the upper surface of the superconductive magnet 1 to exclude the space just under the magnet to reduce the total height and size of the nuclear magnetic resonance apparatus. In the measuring probe 2 inserted in the superconducting magnet 1, a measuring sample insertion port 10 is provided on the upper surface of the measuring probe 2 and the space permitting a sample pipe to pass is provided in the inside of the cylindrical part inserted in the magnet.
