Summary:PURPOSE:To provide a toner replenishing cartridge capable of reducing the leakage of toner at the time of exchanging the toner replenishing cartridge by effectively scraping out the toner from the toner replenishing cartridge to a developing unit side, in the toner replenishing cartridge supplying a developer to the developing unit of an electrostatic printer. CONSTITUTION:A storage part 11 capable of packing the toner for electrostatic printing and a scraping means 13 which is arranged to bore through the storage part 11 in an axial direction and can lift the toner up to a discharge opening 12 following the rotation of time scraping means 13 are provided and the scraping means 13 is constituted so that a blade means 14 capable of rubbingly passing the bottom surface of the storage part 11 following the rotation of the scraping means 13 is provided and made of the flocked fibers of length that they come into contact with the bottom surface of the storage part 11 and are elastically curved backward.
