Summary: | PURPOSE:To reduce the costs of design, manufacturing and fitting of a stave by arranging downward hanging-down metal tools in the horizontal direction of the surface of the stave faced to an iron shell and fitting it to upward receiving metal tools arranged on the inner surface of the end shell. CONSTITUTION:At least one line of the downward hanging-down metal tools 13 is arranged respectively at the upper side and the lower side to the center line in the horizontal direction of the stave 4, on the surface of the stave 4 faced to an iron shell 1. On the other hand, the upward receiving metal tools 12 are arranged on the inner surface of the iron shell 1 so as to correspond to the hanging-down metal tools 13, respectively. In this constitution, the hanging-down metal tool 13 in the stave 4 is fitted to the receiving metal tool 12 of the iron shell 1 and the stave 4 is preliminarily fixed to the iron shell 1. Successively, a piping 11 for cooling is welded to the stave 4 and the iron shell 1 to fix the stave 4 to the iron shell 1. By this constitution, the stave 4 can easily be fitted to the iron shell 1 without using a fitting bolt. |
