Summary:PURPOSE:To freely write, display, and erase characters and image patterns and to record the writtern characters and image patterns. CONSTITUTION:A display means 50 is formed by releasably disposing a release sheet 51, to which a writing pressure is to be applied, on a receiving sheet 52 in a close contact state. Paper is lapped under the receiving sheet 52 through a sheet-form copying means 40. Characters, image patterns, and the like are displayed on the release sheet by a writing pressure. The same characters, image patterns, and the like are copied to the paper. The release sheet 51 is mounted on a holding frame 53. The holding frame 53 is separated from the receiving sheet 52 by a lever means 60, whereby the displayed information is erased.
